What is the Skills Audit?
Starting out in the civil industry does NOT require that you already know how to construct roads bridges and tunnels! We will teach you that.
What we seriously value in our industry are skills you may have already picked up in other jobs…like following procedures, working safely, or business operations. Those skills are useful whether you have learned them in a restaurant, farm, office, or while stacking shelves.
